Review by hotel critic
The welcoming old-world charm of this establishment instantly captivated my family. Despite the language barrier, the staff's genuine efforts to communicate through Google Translate ensured a pleasant stay. While the historic ambiance added a unique touch, the family-friendly amenities truly stood out for us. The children enjoyed the spacious family rooms and the inclusive atmosphere, making them feel right at home. During our stay, we explored the city's vibrant art scene, which provided valuable insights into the local culture. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to visit nearby attractions and immerse ourselves in the city's rich history. The welcoming and helpful staff further enhanced our experience, making us feel like valued guests. If you are looking for a hotel that offers a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for your family vacation in Krakow, I highly recommend this establishment. Our stay was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.
